Payment in installments for Titan Legend non-residents in Spain (before 31/07/2025):

1st payment: 455€ (at the time of registration)

*In case you choose to obtain financing for your purchase, your data will be transferred to the corresponding financial institution in order to manage the process.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION Registration for the Titan Desert Almería 2025 implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The organization reserves the right to modify these conditions if necessary for operational reasons or due to force majeure.
2. PAYMENT METHODS AND FINANCING OPTIONS

• • Single payment: Can be made at the time of registration by credit/debit card.
  • Installment payment: Available according to the rate and participant profile:
    • Residents in Spain: Installment payment available after completing the registration form.
    • Non-residents in Spain: Payment is divided into 2 or 3 installments depending on the selected rate.
    • Installment payment generates an additional cost compared to the single payment.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY The organization establishes the following cancellation criteria:

• • Cancellations before 07/04/2025 at 11:00 am: Retention of €89 as administrative fees.
  • Between 07/04/2025 at 11:01 am and 03/06/2025 at 11:00 am: Retention of 50% of the total registration fee.
  • Between 03/06/2025 at 11:01 am and 03/09/2025 at 11:00 am: Retention of 75% of the total registration fee.
  • From 03/09/2025 at 11:01 am onwards: No refunds will be made for cancellations.

4. CANCELLATION WITH REFUND GUARANTEE (OPTIONAL – €89) Participants can purchase the Refund Guarantee only at the time of registration. It will not be possible to purchase it later.

• • Cancellations before 03/09/2025 at 11:00 am: 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Between 03/09/2025 at 11:01 am and 16/09/2025 at 11:00 am: 50% refund of the total amount.
  • From 16/09/2025 at 11:01 am onwards: No refunds.

5. NON-PAYMENTS AND PENALTIES IN INSTALLMENT PAYMENT

• • In case of non-payment of any of the installments established in the installment payment option, the registration will be canceled, and the corresponding cancellation fees will apply.

6. REGISTRATION MODIFICATIONS AND TRANSFERS

• • Registrations are nominal, personal, and non-transferable.
  • Name changes or transferring the registration to another participant are not allowed.
  • Postponing the registration for future editions is not allowed.

7. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND REFUNDS

• • Additional services (photo pack, physiotherapy service, etc.) will only be refundable if the cancellation occurs before 16/09/2025 at 11:00 am.

8. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

• • The organization will not be responsible for cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political conflicts, etc.).
  • If the event is canceled for reasons beyond the organization’s control, the applicable refund conditions will apply.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Registration for the event implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. The organization reserves the right to make modifications if necessary.
