PARTICIPANT AUTHORIZATION

First.- The participant has voluntarily registered for the SKODA TITAN DESERT ALMERÍA

(hereinafter “Event”), organized by RPM RACING S.L.U., with registered office at Calle Gran Vía 810, 7th floor, 08902 Hospitalet de Llobregat -BARCELONA, and NIF B61514360, (hereinafter “RPM”) wishing to participate in all the activities that take place therein.

RPM reserves the right to admit any participant, as well as the possibility of modifying the route or any of the conditions for reasons of force majeure.

Second.- That the participant declares to know and has read the Regulations of the race and accepts them in their entirety.

The participant has been duly informed by the organization of all the details and characteristics of the Event, of the activities that will take place in it, as well as of its risks.

The participant, aware of the risks who have been duly informed, is responsible for the damages and injuries that may be caused to his person, companions or third parties, as well as his own or third parties’ materials, exonerating the organization from any type of responsibility for damages or injuries that may occur in its preparation, development and execution to his person. companions or third parties and for damage to their materials or those of third parties, expressly waiving any type of claim against the organization or exercising extrajudicial or judicial actions against it.

Third.- The participant expressly declares the veracity of the personal data provided to the organization.

The participant exonerates RPM from any claim arising from the information provided, as well as from any risk and/or harmful consequences to health that the participant may suffer due to falsehood, inaccuracy or omission of the health data provided.

Fourth.- The participant knows and accepts that in the event that the SKODA TITAN DESERT ALMERÍA cannot be held, for the following reasons: i) impossibility of obtaining passage authorizations, ii) political complications that could affect any of the countries in which the Event takes place and pose a risk to the management of the event and/or to the safety of the participants, iii) organizational and/or administrative aspects (such as logistical or financial) that make it impossible to carry out the event. RPM will assume the refund of the amounts paid for these cases, without any other claim for damages. In the event that the Event is suspended outside of these cases, it will not be the responsibility of RPM, so no refund will be possible.

Likewise, the participant is informed that, in the event of a change in the start date of the Event, RPM will immediately contact each participant to inform them of the new race calendar. From that moment, participants will have a maximum period of 8 calendar days to request in writing the refund of the registration fees, and amounts paid to the organization. If this period has elapsed without the participant having notified his/her withdrawal and cancellation of his/her participation, he/she will be definitively registered in the Event scheduled for the new date.

Fifth.- The participant knows and accepts that on the date of his registration in the SKODA TITAN DESERT ALMERÍA, RPM RACING, S.L.U., as organizer of the event, he is negotiating with several insurers the coverage of damages due to accident and repatriation. The conditions of this coverage will be communicated to the enrollees at the time the policy is finalized with the insurance company finally chosen.

Sixth.- RPM RACING S.L.U., with registered office at Calle Gran Vía 8-10, 7th floor, 08902
Hospitalet de Llobregat -BARCELONA, and NIF B87855177, as Data Controller and organiser of the SKODA TITAN DESERT ALMERÍA, will process your personal data in accordance with

our Privacy Policy, accessible on the website https://skodatitandesertalmeria.titanworldseries.com/

Seventh.- Image Rights. By registering for the Event, the Participant authorizes RPM to make,directly or through authorized personnel, recordings and general images of the event, including presentation events, awards ceremonies or related activities, in order to publicly communicate the celebration of the same, as well as to disseminate information about subsequent editions. This capture and use of images of a general nature, in which the Participant may appear in an accessory or unidentified way, is informed in the Privacy Policy of the event, accessible on its website.

Notwithstanding the above, you may object to such processing by requesting not to appear in images of the event. To do so, you can request this by contacting the Data Protection Officer via email dpo@rpmsports.es.

Likewise, and only when the Participant has given their express consent in the registration form, RPM may use and transfer to third parties (sponsors, sponsors) the images and recordings in which the Participant appears in an identifiable or individualized way, for commercial, promotional or advertising purposes, related to the Event or similar sports activities, in any medium or medium (including, but not limited to, social networks, print or audiovisual media).

This transfer will be made free of charge, for the worldwide territorial scope and for the maximum period of validity of the image rights, without prejudice to the Participant’s right to revoke his or her consent.

The Participant expressly waives any compensation or economic remuneration for the taking, use or transfer of the images and recordings made under the terms established herein.

I accept the terms and conditions of registration for the SKODA TITAN DESERT ALMERÍA described in this document.
