Ahmed Younoussi
5 de October de 2025It happens so often in the Škoda Titan Desert Almería that participants are much more for what they represent when they are not on a bike than when they are on it.
Being a Titan is much more than finishing or attempting to finish a mountain bike race. It means representing a spirit of community, of overcoming adversity, and of giving it your all until the very end. And few people represent that better than Ahmed Younoussi.
The cyclist from the Superacció team is now a renowned actor, with plays that have been running for years and roles in prestigious series such as El Príncipe. But almost three decades ago, he was a child who entered Spain hidden in a truck. He even lived on the streets of Tetuán when he was less than eight years old.
He managed to get ahead, living in shelters and foster homes. He even overcame cultural and language barriers. Now, he tries to raise awareness about people in his situation. Children who may not have a family by their side or even a roof over their heads. And yet, here he is today. Doing what he loves and trying to give a voice to those who need it most. Because sometimes you don’t have to cross a finish line to be a Titan.
